Detour over Un-Uk is part 1 of The Shadow of the Green Mountain, a coming-of-age story in a fantasy world that resembles Asia around the Harappa-civilization, four thousand years ago.

The cloud cover over Un-Uk never lifts. No one has ever seen the sun. Till one day a stranger arrives. A chance encounter will change the life of a young boy who has no idea how promising he is. And of an orphan girl, savage as the land she is surviving in, all on her own. And then of some more.
